The masserialaporticella.it website is a web application that conveys the image of the agritourism business Masseria La Porticella, located in Avetrana (TA). The content of the pages – text and photos – are the property of the owner, and within the site itself, users interact only with forms for requesting room availability in the property, strictly aimed at short stays for vacation or relaxation. Within the site, users will not find actions aimed at closing contracts and/or payments through the shopping cart.

Masseria La Porticella is regularly and uniquely identified among accommodation facilities intended for short-term holiday rentals: CIN IT 073001A100022453 (The CIN (National Identification Code) is issued by the Ministry of Tourism via the National Database of Accommodation Facilities (BDSR) electronic platform.)

Booking

The masserialaporticella.it website does not manage a dynamic booking process. Therefore, users cannot log in or use the shopping cart to manage payments. Direct contact occurs through a request form for information on accommodation availability, which results in an exchange of emails and, if necessary, telephone contact.

User data remains stored and protected by the data controller throughout the entire booking and stay at the property. After check-out, the data will be deleted from the internal database by the data controller. The same user will be required to repeat the entire process for a future search.
