In our restaurant the cuisine is, of course, typically Salento. You can savor excellent appetizers of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by delightful preserved vegetables.
Among the first courses, the leading roles are certainly played by seafood pasta and typical Pugliese orecchiette — tomato, basil, and cacioricotta.
Also always on the menu are fried local seafood (fritture di paranza) and high-end cuts of meat.
In addition to restaurant dishes, the menu offers a wide variety of pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven.

The Breakfast / Bar Room is a very airy room within the central body of the masseria. It is air-conditioned, sober and elegant, with large windows facing Via Porticella to catch the sunrise.
Here you can enjoy a rich breakfast with homemade cakes, jams, honey, seasonal fruit, and coffee or cappuccino.
Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the garden.
